• By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing, payment, and refund policies presented at the time of purchase.
• We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

• Apple In-App Purchases: If you purchased through Apple’s App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We do not control or process refunds for Apple transactions. Please visit Apple’s Refunds Page for details.
• All refund requests must be submitted to us in writing at info@giftheir.com.

6. User Content & Camera Use

• The App may allow you to capture and upload photos of items using your device’s camera.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the App’s functionality.
• You represent that you own or have the right to use and share any content you upload.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, Website, and related content (excluding user content) are owned by GiftHeir and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software or content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App and Website is also governed by our Privacy policy at www.giftheir/privacy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
